This is an email forwarded to me by my ex ex boss. I shamelessly stole it and propagate this wisdom to my fellow collegues whenever and wherever appropriate.


It is sufficiently clear from Mr 's note that the draft did not even meet that minimal standard which resulted in the rejection. An emotionless attempt at defence using an e-mail can very quickly becomes misconstrued as arrogance and apathy in a volatile environment. Is it wise?
