No need to fill in the malaysian embark/disembark form

Just got to know this morning when travelling to work in JB via tuas second link.

There is no need to fill up the malaysian embark/disembark form commonly known as the WHITE CARD.

Glad to know that. Another step towards using less paper.

I wonder if there are any official notice?
