Silly Civil War

This morning is silly. I can’t help but to feel sorry for a fellow colleague – PHD Ah Beng who was caught in a crossfire between his direct supervisor Mrs-Kia-See and her manager Mr-Kia-Su (Mrs-Kia-See’s Boss).

The hullabaloo is about Mrs-Kia-See refusing to undertake the role of Development-Technical-Personnel, thereby refusing to approve some documents generated for some system testing. Every soul in the project clearly remembers that Mr Kia-Su appointed her as the technical guru of this system and this appointment has been duly documented and concurred.

While, Mr Kia-Su is whipping PHD Ah Beng’s ass to get these documents signed and proceed to qualify that half-a-millon-crappy-robot, Mrs Kia-See refuses to sign PHD Ah Beng’s document. She claimed she is not aware that she is branded as the technical guru and she knew nothing about this robot. They have created an embarrassing scene leaving an outsider --- souplad, dumbfounded at one corner. I feel sorry for PHD Ah Beng and was pretty disgusted by Mr Kia-Su and Mrs Kia-See’s behavior.

I left.

Couldn’t bear the sight of a “civil war”.

PHD Ah Beng, don’t lose sleep because of this. You have to continue working with them for at least one and a half year.

Souplad can offer a pair of listening ears and probably u can reciprocate with a pint of ice-cold-beer.
