Leap Year
FYI
In the Gregorian calendar, the calendar used by most modern countries, the following three criteria determine which years will be leap years:
- Every year that is divisible by four is a leap year; of those years,
- if it can be divided by 100,
- it is NOT a leap year, unless the year is divisible by 400.
Then it is a leap year.

on my way to my parking space in the office, i saw a notice sticked on the elevator door stating this:
"Lift rosak from 29-02-2008 till 30-02-2008"
got 30th February meh???
julian calendar i think will have 2 days added to Feb..
but most countries have already adopted the gregorian calendar
and of coz the notice is most likely to be wrong.
it might be trying to say 30 03 2008!!!
