Last evening

The botak VP of the company that I working for, came in this morning and ask me how did I manage to cut down my weight.

Duh! I m speechless.

Anyway, I believe it is very important for one to be able to hold a conversation. Very important. I m learning.

I had over-exert myself last evening. Did a 7k run on the treadmill plus 4 sets of circuits. I was almost dead after workout.

This morning, my whole body aches like a 80 year old rheumatic. Arrgh....ouch

I realise there is a USPool table near the gym. Yeah I realise it after 8 weeks of stay....Am I not observant?

Will be there this evening. Who knows I might get lucky? *snigger*
