Happy birthday to my housemate, banana booze.

Let's talk about banana booze.
Banana Booze is most-of-time subtle and postive non-negative 24/7. Loves to party and booze. He is a great listener who sometimes punctuates conversations with some blue-moon-twisted humor.

Banana Booze likes to explore new things and show immense enthusiasm in the things he does for passion and interest. Like me, I believe he is quite talented in culinary skills and is bold to try new flavours/combinations.

He has a twisted sense of direction and he always claim that he has met his match after knowing me. Lately, I found out I have met my match too. Banana's Childhood friend TKK. Three of us, a powerful trio, who will walk in any directions except the correct and shortest route.

No lar..... we are not that Jialak.

Banana Booze is much tactful than me when faced with conflicts. Probably, due to his demure tolerant character, he is able to put up most of people's nonsense . A well-natured and kind chap like him is definitely blessed with a fun-loving gal, Miss JB-Diehard.

I consider myself lucky to have them as my housemates and friends.

BTW, we celebrated Majong Conman and his birthday last sunday. Thank you for the treat.

Cripsy Golden Brown Toufu Nuggets. These nuggets have a very dominating seafood flavour. Very tasty due to MSG Spike.








Cliche stir fried scallop with mixed veg. Cliche dominating "oyster sauce taste". Texture of the scallops were splendid!







The smooth succulent texture indicate the utmost freshness.







Hence, Five minutes later.......no kidding!!!

I find that the creamy buttery flavour is lil' somewhat overwhelming. But who cares, I like creamy stuff anyway. Will try to reengineer the recipe of this sauce this coming weekend.





Crab Beehoon. I will skip this. It tasted kinda strange to me.
